The whole thing would probably start with sonia persuading gundam to show the others some of his occult stuff at a party, and him deciding to try out something seemingly harmless like the sachiko charm because he found it on the internet recently, so they and some other students try it and obviously it goes Wrong and they get taken into the school
Naegi (who was at the party but not in the room they did it in) notices something’s wrong when he goes in to check on them and they’ve vanished without a trace and after finding out they were messing with a spiritual ritual he gets really worried and tries to recreate it with his classmates to see if he can find them
Hagakure and the kirigiris would maybe enter separately though, jin would perhaps be trying to investigate the students going missing from his school and upon finding out there could be something supernatural going on enlists hagakure to help him. Kyoko could find out about this and get annoyed, deciding that she has to go in as well since she sees her dad’s detective skills as subpar and wouldn’t think he could do a proper investigation in there

(And yeah nanami would definitely try to help them both aa, they’d definitely need it since neither would be in a good mental state in that situation, especially hinata as he’s slowly realising something’s horribly wrong with him)

maybe kirigiri can enter with yui from the kirigiri novels? i mean they were p good partners 

also yes sonia like gundam no gundam itll be fine just listen its a stupid paper doll (gundam being actually scared of rituals behind his bravodo?)  half an hour later i regret everything and all things EVER and im BLAMING SOUDA

also poor baby naegi trying his hardest to save his friends and ends up endangering even MORE PEOPLE and hes just so guilty my pOOR BABY
